Requirements
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse Child (RNC) qualification recognized by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Child Health/Pediatric Nursing.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric nursing.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to the unique needs of pediatric patients and their families.
